If you face any issues with walletii, you can contact us by calling the customer support number or by emailing us at support.om@walletii.com. Our final response to your complaint, or a letter explaining why the final response has not been completed, will be provided within 3 business days after your complaint has been made.

Dispute and Refunds

You can claim for any transaction you made on your walletii taking into consideration that you have not acted fraudulently or carelessly. Feel free to contact our team to assist you. We will investigate the raise ddispute and revert back to you with a final decision for the claim.
Add money (Top up) transaction disputes:
  • You have 120 days from date of transaction to raise a dispute.
  • We will get back to you within 18 working days with a final response.
Wallet to Wallet transaction dispute:
  • You have 45 days from the date of the transaction to raise a dispute.
  • We will get back to you within 18 working days with a final response.
