How can I sign up and start using walletii?

Download the walletii app to your smartphone, and it will guide you through all the necessary steps. We must verify your identity before you can send or receive any money. You will be asked to take a selfie and scan your ID, so have them prepared.

How can I top up my wallet?

There are a few ways you can top up. You can add funds: By using your bank card (by tapping on Add money in the app) By sending money from a local bank account to your walletii alias (you can find your walletii alias in your Profile in the app) By sending money from any other local wallet

Are there any transaction fees?

There are no fees for sending money from walletii to other wallets and bank accounts in Oman. You will always see the fees before you send any transaction that incurs them, such as when sending money abroad.

What can I do to keep my account safe?

Choose a strong, unique passcode and change it regularly. Do not use a passcode that can be easily guessed based on your personal information (like your birthday or address). Do not reuse the same passcode you use to unlock your phone or other apps. Never share your passcode with anyone. Do not write down your passcode; ensure no one can see it. Lock your device when it’s not being used. Enable biometrics for faster, safer authentication. Check your transactions regularly.
